-- GENERAL TERMS- The Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other
reasons.-The Client should send clear visual references and be HIGHLY specific, otherwise, if insufficient, the artist can freely choose the one that best suits the work.-All communications are handled via email ([email protected]), Discord or Insta DM (@shufflefin). Up to one week to provide better or more concrete updates.

--TIMELINE AND REVISIONS- Work completion requires a 2 week minimum, and may take up to 1 month) depending on each project. If there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline, the client will be informed. Works with a shorter completion time, requires +50% of the base price.- Revisions and delayed responses by the client may affect progress and timeline.- Three major revisions are allowed during the rough sketch and line art phase. After line art, only minor revisions (color change, small details, etc) are allowed. Extra major revisions will be +25% of the final price.

--PAYMENTS- The commission must be paid upfront via Paypal Invoice. For Ko-Fi orders, an Invoice will be provided. Work will not begin until payment has been confirmed. Prices are in USD and EUR.- Para commissions em BRL, apenas via PIX. Confira minha tabela de comissions em reais.- Invoices must be paid within 72 hours or the project may be canceled.- Works above $ 50 can be splitted 50/50. The client must pay upfront 50% and 50% after the commission is finished. The client will receive a low res (blurred) until the last payment is done. Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests. Works below $50 must be payed fully upfront.

--REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION- No refunds are possible after the work begins unless initiated by the Artist and except for circumstances as detailed below:- If the Artist cancels the commission in case of sickness, tech problems or anything that prevents the finishing of the commission. A full refund will be provided.

--COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY- By default the artist retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork unless the commissioner requests a commercial use or exclusive right of an artwork. The artist can also promote and sell services and products with the finished artwork anywhere (as long as it's not a character owned by the client themselves or a personal image such as pets or portraits, an agreement should be made).-Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms, programs or training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly PROHIBITED.- It is forbidden to use any artwork for hateful content or mockery. Even in commercial works.- Clients must not claim any Work as their own and must credit Artist using the tag @shufflefin on Twitter or @shuffleffin on Instagram. Clients should not edit any artwork without the Artist's consent.
